This is another one of my paintings I have here at the house.  If I don't like'em I keep'em.  The keepers I usually give to family for xmas presents and stuff.  I never did like the sky in this one so I kept it. This was an actual place but I cleaned up the area (on canvas).  I don't have the patience for too much detail.  8x10 Acrylic on Stretched Canvas.

I painted this a few years ago when my son was in high school and played basketball for the Vikings, naturally! I named it "Viking Goal" which has multiple meanings.

Hey, this is my first post here. I started painting again about a few years ago. I was an art major a long time ago but dropped out and joined the Army in 1970. I took about 25 years off but while recovering from a mild stroke I decided to get into it again.
I usually paint landscapes and old buildings and haven't painted a portrait since some nudes in school about 1969. But if the right nude came along... well, anyway here is one of my paintings... House on the hill
